Worlds Collide

What a Saturday Night!!! With a great Friend of mine, I had the oppourtunity to experience such a fantastic diversity of amazing music. Starting off with two absolute Legends and Musical Geniuses.... Paul Simon and Sting!!!! They played together so perfectly. Both of their entire bands weaving together seamlessly, switching back to solo performance as well. Wish I had brought my dslr with me (assumed I couldn't). Its really hard to get good low light photos without it, so I didn't get many pics. Video turned out pretty good, but understandably shaky at parts while I was up and dancing. If you find the movement to be a bit much.... just dance along with and it doesn't seem as bad ;) Took me a bit of nerve to stand up and dance in the 1st place. Most people were seated and comfortably moving like that.....The Air Canada Center doesn't really leave much space, but I just couldn't suffice with seat squirming any longer. So I turned around to politely check and make sure the people behind me would not have their view bothered and proceeded on to bust moves!!! :)
After that monumental concert, we made our way to a a great Techno party that we found out about. Adam Beyer was playing and absolutely smashed the place!!!! Even though the club was ridiculously packed and a a lil disgusting with the humidity, it was a perfect way to get the rest of that energy out that was a bit more suppressed at the prior event. Met quite a few awesome people there and had an absolute blast! There it was... Toronto had done it once again, chewed me up and spit me out once more :) Another one for the books!
